NEW LIST PRICES – EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 29th 2021:
DOWNLOAD ANNOUNCEMENT IN PDF FORMAT.
- Amended pallet pricing discount program. The Palermo II two-piece toilet (C-2250.01 bowl, T-2250.01) will no longer be eligible for pallet quantity discount. Current pallet discount program will be honored until end of business (5PM PST) on August 20th, 2021.
- FFA order minimum increased to $2,500+ net (free freight allowed), increased from $2,000+ net previously. Current FFA minimum will be honored for eligible orders placed before 5PM PST on August 20th, 2021.
- Orders that do not meet the new FFA minimum will incur a $225 freight charge (increased from $150 previously). All accessorial charges (lift gate, delivery appointment) will still apply. Current freight rates will be honored for orders placed before 5PM PST on August 20th, 2021

NEW LIST PRICES – EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 10TH 2021:
- New list prices. Price sheets will be available for download on Icera Retailer Resources (password: Icera-members1!) next week. We will send another notice when the new sheets are posted. Current pricing will be honored until end of business (5PM PST) on September 10th, 2021. Orders received after close of business on September 10th will be priced according to the new list prices.
- 5% price increase for all product categories, except Two-Piece Toilets.
- 10% price increase for all Two-Piece toilets.

REBATE PROGRAM DISCONTINUED (JANUARY 2021)
Icera is discontinuing the rebate program for 2021. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are a member of a buying group to which Icera is a preferred vendor, your negotiated rebate will remain intact per the buying group’s contract.
