Upcoming Price and Freight Charge Adjustments Effective April 21, 2025
Effective April 21, 2025:
- A general price increase will go into effect across select products. See above to download the latest Icera and Villeroy & Boch price lists.
- The freight charge for orders that do not meet the Free Freight Allowance (FFA) minimum ($2500 net) will increase from $225 to $275.
We greatly appreciate your continued partnership and understanding as we navigate these cost pressures. As you know, in recent years we have strenuously endeavored to manage costs and minimize price increases, but recent developments have made these adjustments now unavoidable. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify you promptly of any further changes.

REBATE PROGRAM DISCONTINUED (JANUARY 2021)
Icera is discontinuing the rebate program for 2021. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are a member of a buying group to which Icera is a preferred vendor, your negotiated rebate will remain intact per the buying group’s contract.
